We packed on Friday in case I decided to drive to Albuquerque on Saturday to escape the snow forecast for today. Decided to stick it out here but did change our flight from 8:10 am to 10:40 am tomorrow. While I was at it I upgraded our seats to first class.
We are so ready for this cruise. We will be spending tomorrow night with Jane, our Dallas friend. I factored in two travel days as ship does not leave Miami until Wednesday evening. We love living here in Durango, but is a bit more difficult to make travel plans. We do have three American Eagle flights a day to DFW Airport. There are also two flights to Phoenix. United Airlines has some flights to Denver.
Our flight Tuesday to Ft Lauderdale departs DFW at 12:40 pm. Upon arrival Regent is sending a limo to take us from FLL Airport down to Hilton Downtown Miami for the night. I am a loyal Hilton hotel guy. This hotel is very close to the Port of Miami where the Explorer will be docked on Wednesday.
